Olof Rehn is an accomplished psychologist and psychotherapist with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Since the early 1990s, he has successfully operated his own company, specializing in individual, group, leadership, and organizational development.

With extensive experience in senior leadership roles, Olof has served as HR Manager at the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration and as Head of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) in Haninge under the Stockholm County Council. His deep expertise as both a psychologist and organizational consultant is complemented by a proven ability to identify and unlock the latent potential within teams and individuals.

Olof’s consulting philosophy emphasizes developing existing skills and resources, enabling organizations to achieve sustainable growth and resilience.
