What we collect

If it’s the group owner, your email and name is collected. If you are invited in the group by someone else, only the name is collected. It is possible to use a pseudo name so that there is no PII in the database about the person.

Why we collect

  • To generate personality and team reports.
  • To improve the app experience.

Data Sharing

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
  • Team data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.

Data Security

  • Our services are hosted on Microsoft Azure in Europe Cloud Data center
  • We use encryption and secure storage to protect your data.

Data Deletion

  • After 6 months, the personally identifiable data is deleted
  • The group and the result stays on the Azure server but the names and emails are removed to a random number and there is no connection left with the user’s name or email.
  • After data deletion if a user signs up, s/he has to create a new profile because the previous data is converted into random number and has no connection with that user anymore.

Termination

The access to the application & services will be terminated in case of violation of these terms.
