4. Purpose of agreement
This agreement is intended to define your responsibilities, rights, and obligations in relation to IGLOO, the owner and copyright holder of the website https://knowyouknowme.com and its contents. This includes the Open Windows Game online, Team Relationship Inventory, Johari 360, and all functions for calculation and presentation of results.
5. Acceptance of Terms
This agreement becomes effective when you check the box labeled “I have read and accepted the User agreement” and press the “Send” button. This action is considered a valid written signature. The user information you provide during registration is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
6. User Data
Your user data is confidential and stored in the KnowYouKnowMe database. Only KnowYouKnowMe has access to this database, and your data will not be forwarded to any other party.
Also, the user data is randomised every 6 months and user is informed before that, to create a new account.
7. Scope of Use
By this agreement, you have the right to print and distribute images and articles from the website, provided that the text, logo, copyright, and addresses are not removed or altered. Any use of Open Windows material must clearly state that it is a product from IGLOO or psychologist Olof Rehn.

This is a personal agreement between you and IGLOO and cannot be sold or transferred.

You are responsible for your user information and are not permitted to share your username or password with anyone else.

You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, modify, or create derivative works, in whole or in part, based on the Open Windows tools, including the Open Windows Game online, the Team Relationship Inventory, the questions used, or the functions for calculating and presenting results.
This agreement is valid until it is replaced by a new agreement between you and IGLOO. IGLOO assumes no responsibility for the use of Open Windows or for the effects of technical disturbances or malfunctions on https://knowyouknowme.com. As a user, you agree to respect the objectives, guidelines, and fundamental values of Open Windows.
8. Breach of Agreement
If you, the user, fail to comply with this agreement, IGLOO is entitled to seek damages equivalent to the loss caused by the violation. Any disputes between IGLOO and you as a user shall be settled in court under Swedish law.
